Invitation to Bid for Construction Manager at Risk for Valley R-VI
Valley R-VI School District is requesting proposals for construction manager at risk during the planning, design, and construction phases for the Valley R-VI School District improvements associated with the 2024 Proposition S Bond Issue in Caledonia, MO. Please contact Mr. Jason Samples for an official copy of the RFQ at: #1 Viking Drive, Caledonia, MO 63631, via email, or phone at (573) 779-3446.
Proposals are due by May 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Valley R-VI School District, Attention: Mr. Jason Samples. This RFQ is part of a two-step process.

Welcome to Valley R-VI School District, home of the Vikings! Situated in historic Caledonia, Missouri, at the intersection of state highways 21 and C, eleven miles south of Potosi and just north of Elephant Rocks State Park, we are dedicated to preparing our students for the challenges they will face tomorrow.
