Bids shall be addressed to Jason E. Samples, Superintendent of Schools, at the address provided below and shall be clearly labeled as “Sealed Bid” on the outside of the envelope. The bids will be received and publicly opened and read on June 20th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Valley R-VI School District, Office of Administration, #1 Viking Drive, Caledonia, MO 63631. The Valley R-VI Board reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
