Valley R-VI Junior High/High School awarded the August Student of the Month on Friday, September 13th.
Student of the Month Category: Responsibility
The Junior High recipient was Briley Turner and the High School recipient was Walter Strother.
We would like to give a huge thank you to Roy's Convenience Store for donating pizza for our students of the month.
Athlete of the Month for August
Each month in conjunction with Roy's Convenience Stores, an athlete will be selected for Athlete of the Month. The recipients will receive a $25 gift certificate to Roy's.
For the month of August, the Athletes of the Month are Graiden Campbell and Evelyn Brinley.
Congratulations Graiden and Evelyn and a huge thanks to Roy's for supporting our athletes.

Valley R-VI will host a Prop S Progress Meeting on Tuesday, September 17th from 6:30-7:30 P.M. in the Junior/Senior High School Cafeteria. The meeting is open to the public. Updates about Prop S Projects Progress will be shared and questions can be answered. Hope to see you there!

Our Grandparents' Day Parade at the elementary school will be this Friday, September 6th. With our parade growing bigger and bigger each year, we have decided to have two different parades to help accommodate and reduce traffic. Please see the times below!
K-2: 8:30 am - 10:00 am
3-6: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
