Attention Sophomore Parents/Guardians
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Prevention Consultants of Missouri, on behalf of the Missouri Department of Mental Health, is requesting Washington County School District's participate in the Missouri Student Survey. The county has participated in this survey in the past, and the data gained assisted in securing and maintaining grant funding that includes free programs currently used in Washington County schools, including: Too Good for Drugs, Mental Health First Aid, Teens Teach Prevention, and partnerships with Washington County Hospital and Great Mines Health Care.
Valley R-VI plans to administer the 2026 Missouri Student Survey in the coming weeks. This survey is designed to gather important feedback from students about their experiences, well-being, and school environment.
Please note that participation in the survey is completely anonymous. No individual student responses will be identified, and all information collected will be used only in summary form to help improve our school programs and support services.
We encourage all students to participate, as their input is valuable in helping us better understand and meet their needs. However, if you would prefer for your child to opt out of taking the survey please contact Mrs. Jones in the Counselors office or SRO Lewis.
If you have any questions or would like additional information about the survey, please feel free to contact the school office.
Thank you for your continued support.
