Dear Valley R-VI School District Community,

We want to make you aware that a student was confirmed to have bed bugs today. Upon confirmation, the district immediately initiated our established safety and sanitation protocols based upon input from our local health department. Appropriate steps are being taken to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

National Custodian Appreciation Day

We would like to take a few moments to recognize our 8th grade athletes. We want to recognize them for their dedication and hard work over the past 3 years in participating in Jr .High sports . Each athlete has displayed leadership, hard work, and determination both on and off the floor. Being a student athlete can be tough, but these young athletes have handled it with ease.
